Corsair Harpoon Wireless DPI Jumps

Hello everyone,

I recently got myself a Harpoon Wireless RGB and found that my dpi would jump from my custom preset to one that's really high when I switch it. In fact there are times where it would just jump by itself without me pressing the DPI button.

I found out that the reason this is happening is because of the icue software which is a slight relief since it's not a hardware issue. I'm a mac user so this might not affect those who use windows but the way I solve this issue is to literally close out from it.

The downside for me is that the side buttons don't work and my rgb preset is gone. So I hope Corsair does something to fix it. I've screen recorded the dpi jump and you can find it here: https://streamable.com/hdemgx
