Another update here. I was able to update my mouse on my work computer. It seemed fine for a bit however now the mouse will just lose it's connection with the computer. Every minute or so it will stop working and all the lights on the mouse turn off, then right back on again. Very strange. I really would like to use the mouse without the USB cord.

I also have signed up to complain about my Ironclaw wireless mouse. It seems within the last 48 hours it has lost it's ability to connect with my computer without the cord. Neither wireless or Bluetooth works. Just flashing DPI lights when trying to connect. I have tried un-installing iCUE and trying older versions with no luck. The Ironclaw will also no update the firmware, no matter what USB port I use it will not recognize it. Hopefully a future iCUE update will fix this.
