I followed all the things to do when it comes to device not being connected and I am still having the problem. I am having to use BIOS polling rate as well otherwise my computer doesn't recognize my keyboard. Any ideas/further help? P.S - It's a K70RGB and I am runnning Windows 8.1 64-Bit
