  1. I don't think my keyboard is fixable. Since I tried holding down the pin and plugging it back in, but CRP_Disabled doesn't show up. I tried multiple times as well but, think I'm going to have to go to my retailer to replace or refund it. Edit: Miraculously after I tried doing it again before calling the retailer the CRP_Disabled showed up. However after removing the firmware.bin and replacing it with the new firmware the keyboard lit up but was unresponsive. But after doing a soft reset the keyboard works again!
  2. I also have the same issue. Just put in a ticket. I wish I would've looked up to see if there were any issues before updating. Since the "issue" I was having was very minor and now it's a ***** show. (FYI the "issue" I had was whenever I booted my computer, the default rainbow RGB lighting would cause issues with the saved profile I had made and displayed some keys in different colors. So I figured, since I payed for such an expensive keyboard I shouldn't have to deal with any sort of issues. (This was actually a replacement from the original model after 1 year of use ironically..) Kudos to this old HP chiclet keyboard..) And to top it all off the "issue" I had wasn't even in the original.. Pretty upset.
