It has something to do with booting up the computer after a while for me. Restarting the computer never gave me this issue, however booting up can sometimes trigger this.

I have this issue on and off ever since I got the Z690 TUF gaming and Corsair Dominator Plat DDR4.

I tried, after shutting down the computer and starting it after a while, icue doesn't detect my RAM. Restarting the icue software fixes it. I don't have any background apps apart from icue, one drive.

As I said earlier, I already tried that, doesn't make a difference for me. I will do the logging and send it to them.

It used to be random when icue would not detect my dominator platinum ddr memory, now it happens almost all the time. Before I dive further, my specs: Intel Core i7 12700k Asus TUF Gaming Z690 Prime MB 32GB Dominator Platinum DDR4 3200mhz H150i elite Liquid Cooler Radeon RX 580 Corsair 4000x Case Windows 11 pro I searched the web but did not come to a proper solution to this issue. If I start my computer after it has been off for a while, the icue software fails to detect my RAM. However, if I restart the icue service or restart the computer, it can detect the RAM again. If I shut down the computer and start again a minute after, it can detect the RAM. If I shutdown and start the computer after an hour or more for example, it has a chance not detecting the RAM when booting to windows 11. I tried clean installing icue software and uninstalling asus armory software, it did not help. I also tried enabling and disabling SPD Write, it does not help. It is not the end of the world as simply restarting the icue software fixes this, however it should be the case and can be annoying. I have the latest BIOS as of March 2022. It was fine prior to this update.

It stopped showing my GPU in the dashboard. I tried clean installing the icue, it did not work. Using icue version: 4.24.193 My system: Intel 12700k 32GB Dominator RAM H150i liquid cooling 4000x Corsair case RX 580

Would love the option to change the icue settings and switch the profile depending on local time. For example have dimmer rpg settings at night.

I have been sort of able to replicate one instance when the issue occurs. I noticed clean installing my AMD GPU drivers gave me a opengl error from icue. Upon restarting, ICUE works, but the dashboard is empty again.

It's March and this issue still happens, very disappointed.

I have this same issue. The dashboard goes completely empty every so often. Very annoying as one of the main reasons I use iCue is because of the monitoring data.
