  1. If I'm being honest I don't actually know. Only knew there was a problem when my mouse buttons stopped working, so focused on overcoming the macro error and didn't even glance at the connected devices. It's possible? All I can say is that my scimitar, vengeance rgb ram, rm1000i, commander pro, and lighting node pro currently work as expected and show in the menu under the latest Windows 10/iCue.
  2. Just thought I'd share one workaround for the latest windows updates that killed my scimitar drivers and macro support without having to uninstall the updates. The feature that blocks the drivers for this and many other devices across brands is the virtualized core isolation / code integrity checker. Disabling this feature and then running a repair on the iCue installer fixes this problem for me. Open regedit and go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios\HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity Change or create a DWORD entry named "Enabled", setting the value to 0 RESTART THE COMPUTER Open the control panel > uninstall a program. Scroll to Corsair iCue and select repair. Hopefully this helps others who are stuck, especially since this Windows feature change destroyed a lot of device drivers (more than just corsair's) on my system.
  3. EDIT: 07/26/2019: Corsair ICUE v3.18.77 fixed this issue for me. Will keep the below post for historical purposes. I read about people having issues with the void headsets on the latest version of iCUE (I believe it was 3.17 at the time of attempting installation?), and since I use a Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 audio interface (2nd gen) and non-corsair studio gear I figured I'd give the newest version a shot. Versions Windows 10 professional x64 iCUE v3.17(?) Focusrite USB Driver v4.63.23 (for 2nd gen 2i2) Problem Description iCUE v3.17 prevents my Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 (2nd gen) audio interface from working. Steps to reproduce - Have Scarlet Focusrite 2i2 installed and functioning - Update to Corsair iCUE v3.17 - You will get a popup mentioning the 2i2 driver installation near the systray. - Upon installation completion, the audio interface will no longer work. - Upon system reboot, 2i2 interface will still fail to communicate over usb, even when manually/automatically updating drivers in the device manager Steps to fix - Uninstall iCUE - Reinstall iCUE version 3.16.56 - Reinstall Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 device driver - Restart Misc I have gone through the reproduction steps multiple times to rule out external interference. Will stay with v3.16.56 in the meantime.
