I waited two weeks without a computer and am still waiting for a solution - this is the slowest technical support in the world, each answer takes 2-3 days of waiting, I waited 1 week for the first answer until I was transferred to another specialist.
Immediately write in separate messages: "This is my data and address: name, surname, phone number, e-mail, address." - even if you filled it out in the ticket form, you will be asked to confirm it, then 2-3 days until the next question. Then attach a photo / pdf invoice or warranty card, otherwise you will have to wait a few more days for the next question. Perhaps this will help you save time.
I don’t understand why they don’t ask all the necessary questions at once. But now I know for sure that by choosing the following components, I will not come close to this brand and will pass on my experience to everyone.
