  1. Can anyone confirm if this case is compatible with EATX motherboards. The page on Corsairs site doesn't list EATX boards, but I've seen people list build logs with EATX boards and this case. So I'm conflicted. I'm considering doing one of two builds. Either a threadripper build where I'll use the ASUS Zenith II Extreme Alpha or I'll go Ryzen 9 and use the Gigabyte X570 AORUS XTREME. Both of which are EATX boards. Just curious if anyone can confirm EATX boards will indeed fit.
  2. I'm running the most current version of Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit My firmware is update to v0.15. I get audio no problem through my headset. When playing games, watching youtube, etc... no issues. But the moment I try to watch anything through plex that isn't stereo, I get no sound through my headset. I can get audio out of my monitor (yuck) or my desk speakers (which are also just stereo, but not through my headset, unless I force transcode the file in which it's no longer E/AC5.1. If I go to the video directly and try to play it through WMP or VLC, still no audio in the headset. It just makes this weird initial click sound, and nothing to follow. I've uninstalled via device manager, ran icue installer/repair to reinstall the drivers, I've force updated the firmware. No clue what to do. How do I get my Void Pro Wireless to play EAC and AC 5.1 audio streams?
  3. I don't know who was in charge of the QA for icue 4.11 before it officially launched.. but i upgraded from 3.38. It successfully updated... so to say. It would crash immediately on launching it. I followed the instructions on how to completely uninstall icue (including deleting registry entries) to do a clean install of 4.11... and it won't even install. It just stops responding. Corsair... do you even test your software before you decide to push an update? I've been doing software engineering for nearly a decade now, and judging by the forums on the amount of people with crashing/instability issues... I can only assume your entire QA department is about to be cleaned.
  4. I did, but it's still double clicking like every other click.
  5. So after a quick google search and forum search... yea I see where they were asking people to download 1.04v firmware to help test to see if it's fixed... from last year. -_- Corsair, Please! I'm a brand ***** who's set is like like 50% all corsair products. Don't betray me! For real though, if any corsair rep/support is reading this, what's going on? Any idea on when/if it can be fixed?
  6. So it's doubling click like 9 out of every 10 clicks now. Is this a known issue or is there anything I can do to fix it?
  7. Cool, I didn't realize that. Thank you very much guys!
  8. Is there a way to pick a default profile that loads when I log into my computer and Cue launches for the first time (such as after a restart when or when I first turn on my PC)?
  9. Specs: Windows 10 Pro CUE - 3.1.133 Corsair Glaive RGB Firmware - 1.04 Within the last week, my glaive has randomly started double click things. I mean it won't click on it's own, it's only when I go to click something, it'll sometimes double click. Is it possible CUE 3.1 that's doing it? Everything from firstware, to windows, to cue is up to date.
