I was returning my CPU cooler through the service center as there is no direct support is available in India by Corsair. But the service center guy told me the product has 2 different SKUs on the box and radiator and the distribution site at Bangalore will reject my RMA claim for that. Even though both stickers have different SKUs, they both have the same serial number. I've raised a ticket for this on support page #2001385411. I've attached all related bills and pictures of product and stickers with ticket. Can anyone tell me the difference between these two SKUs or is this a fake product of some kind in that case I can contact the seller.
