I submitted an RMA ticket past week because my CX 750m is dying, but i still have not response from Corsair Support , also when i try to check my RMA status in https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044691511-What-s-the-status-of-my-Web-Store-or-RMA-order- , appears "No orders found. Please recheck your order number and email address, then try again."
Is it normal?, should i submit another ticket?
pstd: Do anyone know which post service does Corsair use for RMA in mexico?
