  1. My new ticket number is, 2003789852 ,still appear "No orders found. Please recheck your order number and email address, then try again.". Usually how many days does it take the full RMA process? And another question, do you know if there are any cost for the RMA? Thank you for your help

Ticket NO: 2003763930 I submitted an RMA ticket past week because my CX 750m is dying, but i still have not response from Corsair Support , also when i try to check my RMA status in https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044691511-What-s-the-status-of-my-Web-Store-or-RMA-order- , appears "No orders found. Please recheck your order number and email address, then try again." Is it normal?, should i submit another ticket? pstd: Do anyone know which post service does Corsair use for RMA in mexico? Sorry for bad english
