They're ones I've downloaded. I'm positive they're for older versions, but I wouldn't know which older version. They used to work, but don't now. That's all I know. Are you saying that profiles are version specific when it comes to iCUE? That would really suck.

Title says it all. When I go to import profiles, iCUE crashes. I have the latest version. I go to import, point it to the file then click import, iCUE crashes. Can I get some help so I can use some cool profiles?

I'm having the same issue with a non XT, but haven't gotten a response still, so I haven't tried any fixes. Instead of the RAM issue, mine is with my LL120 fans. I think one of them has one bad LED so all six of mine are glitching all the time. If I select all but that one LED they'll generally be ok. That said, it often goes out of sync, the fans won't even be lit, they'll flash like crazy, or they'll be all kinds of weird colors.

Here I am still waiting for a response two weeks later. Annoying.

I'm having this issue on my K95 Platinum. I don't have the newer XT, but it stopped working after trying to update the firmware in iCue not long ago. I've submitted a ticket for the right firmware for this one. I hope that fixes it.

For some reason, these last few updates have caused me problems with my LL RGB fans. I have 6 of them on the commander pro and they won't respond to any setting. They're half rainbow, half white, or whatever they choose to be no matter what settings I use. One update took out the first LED on my first fan, so I had to select all but the top led on all fans to get them to work right. Now after this update, none of them respond right. Each time, this happens immediately after installing an update. No settings are changed. I use one lighting profile mostly and hardly ever change it.
