The thing is sticky and it just annoys me that I can’t use it in that state. I bet anyone would be annoyed as I am. Please help or if you have any suggestions please respond. DafOwen Posted October 25, 2019 Share Posted October 25, 2019 Most people clean computer parts with Iso Propanol, or common name (from chemist/pharmacy) = rubbing alcohol. Enough of a solvent to clean stuff - but not too much so that it melts plastic. (e.g. Acetone would melt stuff) If cleaning CPU's you should get 90%+ purity But a keyboard - common rubbing alcohol should be Ok (usually 70-80%) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
