streetglider
Do I have to go by the in and the out for the water block or will it function fine backwards? I have to redo my loop after having to get a new pump and put my gpu vertical and it would look if I was able to run the lines backwards.. Or is it possible to spin the block upside down and change the black plastic trim piece ?

tiborrr
- CPU block is flow direction dependant, it works best with inlet through the nozzle (right port in in stock configuration). Performance penalty by using the block the wrong way can be couple of deg °C. - GPU block is NOT flow direction dependant, it works equally well in both configurations. For CPU block, you can spin/flip around the plastic trim - sure. Remove mounting plate and it will expose 4 screws. You can remove these to free the trim and flip it 180°. Reassemble 4 screws holding the trim to the transparent flow chamber and call it a day.
