  1. So where exactly can we download the dongle firmware?
  2. I just saw a video on YouTube of a full Corsair setup synced with Wallpaper Engine and decided to try and replicate it with my setup but can't seem to get it to to work. I've tried enabling SDK on both iCue and Wallpaper Engine, making sure I have the Corsair audio wallpaper, but whenever I try playing audio, nothing happens.
  3. So support approved an RMA after their clean reinstall of iCue solution didn't work. Every single problem, issue, detail every single person in this thread has, I literally have as well. Unfortunately, we're all in the same boat here and it seems no one from Corsair is coming to save us from drowning. I've already sent in my ironclaw, will update when I get a fresh one from Corsair to see if a new mouse will work (Though I highly doubt this as I had zero problems with the mouse for 5-6 months. Issue surfaced right after the second to last iCue update as well)
  4. Would like to add myself to the list of people with this problem. Bought the mouse all the way back in April and everything seemed to work fine till the most recent iCue update. Seems the issue had gotten worse over time for me; usually I could game for 1 or 2 hours on end without the mouse resetting itself. My short term solution would be to turn the mouse off then on again really quick. Now instead of every 1-2 hours, I have to on/off the mouse every 5 mins, sometimes even quicker. It's getting really, really inconvenient, especially in games like Halo MCC that just came out, Apex, competitive games, etc. Usually, it would happen in the middle of a match/game and I could either do a quick on/off or use the DPI UP button to up the DPI since when it resets, it literally gives me the slowest DPI ever. Also contacted Corsair and support told me to uninstall anything Corsair or iCue related from my system and to download an older version of iCue. Obviously it didn't work, which is why I'm writing this now unfortunately. After telling them so, they simply told me to get a replacement. Don't know if this is a hardware, firmware, iCue, personal PC problem but honestly couldn't care less as the issue is starting to get to my nerves.
