  1. OK, since you apparently refuse to post the procedure to soft reset the Void headset, I will. Turn your headset off. Unplug it. Hold down the mute button for at least 20 seconds. While continuing to hold the mute button, turn the headset on. Voi la! Was that so hard? Why isn't this the first reply to every one of the voluminous number of posts about this very specific problem. Oh, by the way, after the headset turns on, you may need to toggle mute on and off once to reactivate side tone. Check in the iCue software to see if it is working. Come on Corsair, give your customers a little support.
  2. This is a know issue, and there are a multitude of posts requesting a fix. Here is the first troubleshooting fix that you should try. Soft reset your headset. Then check the sidetone control in iCue. If that does not work, next try restarting your headset. If that does not work, try rebooting your computer. If all of those fail, try soft resetting your headset multiple times, and also reboot your headset multiple times. This process works for me. CORAIR STAFF: Please post a reply with the correct process to soft reset all versions of the Void headset. And PLEASE develop a fix for this known issue, know for years now, and release an update to iCue and/or firmware that fixes this for good. This is a good headset from a good company, but leaving this issue unresolved, with no real guidance in this forum is quite frustrating.
  3. I have read several threads that attempt to troubleshoot this issue, and none solve the problem. The frustrating part is that the solution is so simple. Corsair staff, please post one thread with the following fix. Soft reset your headset. Now test the sidetone control in the iCue software. CORSAIR STAFF, this is a known issue, and it is really really frustrating. Please post real guidance, and not another suggestion we update, reboot, or post ad nauseum configuration details. A simple headset reboot, or soft reset seems to be the real solution. So please open all posts on this topic, and add simple guidance pinned to the top that details the soft reset process, and suggests that as the first troubleshooting fix. Oh, and while you are at it, since this is a known issue, how about resolving the issue once and for all with an actual update to your software and firmware that permanently fixes this? Just say'n. Thank you.
  4. My DPI buttons stopped working, and the speed indicator LED is now stuck on a pink color. I have tried unplugging the mouse and plugging back in to a new USB, rebooting, resetting the settings to default, repairing iCue, and uninstall and reinstall iCue. All to not avail. Please help.
