I posted a support request ticket but have not gotten a response so I'm making this thread.
The microphone quality seems to be working fine when I listen to it through Windows and the Discord "Mic Check" feature, however, once I connect to a server the microphone quality becomes garbage. I really like the headset and haven't had an issue other than this large one and would prefer keeping it.
I'm tried numerous fixes online such as:
Setting the Recording Device Property's sample rate to DVD Quality (It has never been shown as Telephone Quality and was already set to CD Quality by default).
Disabling and re-enabling the device.
Forcing a firmware update though iCUE.
Uninstalling various audio drivers through device manager.
Does anyone have a solution to this or is the only solution getting another headset?
