[FIXED] ---> Guys that built my computer didn't plug in my CORSAIR Link™ USB Cable 🙄
I connected it now and iCUE immediately recognized my PSU and I was able to set it to Single-rail -
So guys, did you find a solution on how to change to Single-rail?

Ok, I can say definitively that is NOT a software issue: I have try to boot using an external SSD drive with a fresh Windows installation and both before and after the iCue installation there was the same error on device manager under the USB devices.
Now, I have to figure out if the problem is the PSU or the motherboard, I will make a cable from header to USB A and I will try to connect it to my laptop (I do not have a mini-USB to type A cable). If the laptop will give me the same error, hence the change of an hardware failure on the PSU side become very high.
UPDATE: Test done, I have connected the USB cable both on a USB port of the desktop and on two laptop, same USB error, I need to contact the assistance :(
Hey man
So how did you fix your problem?
My iCUE never detects my Ax1600i so I might have the same problem...
iCue has no setting to switch from multi rail to single rail AX1200i
