Try reinstalling your chipset drivers and make sure you quit CUE before you do it. Usually this (red triangle) happens when CUE gets kicked up on the SMBus and can’t communicate with the RAM. I don’t know why it happens. Program conflict is one, but it certainly happens without that and I’ve seen short stretches of it as well. As annoying as it is to do, a clean install of CUE may help as well if the problem is with the Corsair LLA service.

Thanks for answer! Actually i do not care about get me information on Icue, but is  this issue can damange the hardware ? Like damage my ram ? If no : all is ok

  2. Hello, since the last ICUE version 5.14.93 I have a lot of issues with my DDR5 Ram, I know it's a famous bug but I never had this before this version and :

    - I don't have ANY other app to manage my hardware like ArmouryCrate etc... I have ONLY Icue

    - When I Close Icue and relaunch, it's fix the issue and the RAM work again, no need to "reboot" the PC (but i dont want to do it all time...)

    - I Never had this problem before this ICUE Version

    - The red triangle don't come at the start of PC, it take few hours...

    - I have MSI Motherboard and  Dominator Platinum 64 GO DDR5

    - I Join a screen for the error message but the screen don't come from me because my PC is in french.. I just take a screen on internet who have the SAME message as me

    Thanks for help... 😀

  3. Hello,
I just got my new PC :

MSI    MPG Z690 FORCE WIFI DDR5
    Intel    i9-13900K
Corsair    iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX XT
Corsair    Dominator Platinum 64 GO DDR5
    MSI    GeForce RTX 3090
    Corsair    HX1500i 80PLUS Platinum

And I just install Rainbow Six to test if everything worked well.

After 5 minutes of play, the PC shut down suddenly, all by itself...

I found it very strange, and when I turned the computer back on, I saw that there was an option checked by default on icue "emmergency shutdown 70°C"

I think the problem came from there, but it's 70°C from what? My power supply was at 55°C, and my coolant is 38°C

In addition it was the computer just shutting down, it was not a "clean" stop with Windows.

I disabled this option and it seems to work but I find it very strange

    Thank you!

I have a fresh install of Win 11 pro on a brand new machine and I am getting a "loading error" when checking for updates on 4.33.128. That's the version on the download page, by the way, not 5.x. The machine this new rig replaced updated to 5.x just fine. It's odd - nothing wrong with the network that I can see. Everything else on this box is updating just fine - only iCue is giving me trouble. Thoughts?

I confirm I have the same problem with a new PC today

the answer above adresses that 🙂

iCUE 5 has been pulled back due to a serious bug that could "brick" PCs using corsair DDR4. So it's not available for download, until the fixed version is released.

    Thank you for information 🙂

Hmm, i might have solved it. Seems Asus FanXpert was on. Disabled it and Icue has been running for 28 hours without a crash now.

Hoping that was the issue and no need to RMA.

I also have an asus motherboard and I had also deactivated the option... unfortunately it did not change anything... Keep us informed 👍

Okay good to know lol. Got kinda scared lmao. I’m getting sent a new cooler so that should fix the problem and seems to be the only fix because they sent me a new commander core but that did NOT fix the issue. Hope this post can help others. Just  rma and get a new cooler if you have this issue!

Hey, do you have some news ? Say us if the new cooler fixed the issue 😁

    I hope !
