Hi everyone,
I'm on my way upgrading my GPU from RTX 2070 to RTX 4080.
My setup is Mainboard: Designare EX with Intel i9 14 core, three SSDs and two NVMes and finally 64 GB RAM. The PSU is HX 1000 and this should be fine.
The RTX needs 16 pin connection or using the adaptoer 3x8 pin.I have two 6+2 pin cables for the GPU. Is it okay to use one of the Type4 cables for the third power supply?
Thanks a lot
Gina

Thank you very much.
It seems to be a modern one, as I used bothe 6+2 pin cables and a Type4 and everything seems to work as expected.
Using pudget systems benchmark test for Davinci Resolve was the only test I've done for the moment. And I'm quite happy.
