I tried but still not working

did not play my pc for a few weeks and I didn't move it or do anything to it. My pump speed was shown in iCUE commander before and now it can't show up and I only can change the speed and scene of fans. I opened the case and the pump did work and I also tried to re-plug the lines on the commander core and still not working. Now in my iCUE commander core section it only shows the cooled liquid temp and the fans speed. I tried this link https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE- and still not work.
