Apparently the two just don't communicate at all. I tried using modifiers on my Mac keyboard and then pressing a bind on my mouse. Both scenarios they work separately not together. Is there a setting I'm missing that will allow them to communicate?

Hi there,
I have a scimitar RGB elite mouse with the latest iCue software installed. I want to be able to press a modifier key on my mouse and then press another key on my keyboard and have them work together. Currently this seems broken. I mapped the keys correctly. I know this because I pulled up the onscreen keyboard and it shows them being pressed. Then I'll press any other key on my keyboard and it flat out ignores the modifier key press. Is this is known issue? Is there a workaround?
