  1. So I am a little confused about the HW profiles for the K95 and the Dark Core Pro SE (just bought). I now have 6 profiles to cycle through? However, they are all controlled by the button on my keyboard and a button on my mouse. Are they not separate?

I noticed if I set something else, like my mousepad (880) or whatever the number is, to a color, it sets it for that profile but not anything else. Same for my mouse. Question is, why is my mouse being controlled by my K95 profile? Why have different profiles on the mouse if the keyboard controls the mouse profiles?

    Very confused here.

  2. On iCUE 4.10.273, VIRTUOSO has firmware version 5.2.68 available, while its dongle has 5.4.99 available.

I suggest taking the following steps:

    1. Make sure your VIRTUOSO is toggled to USB mode and connect it to your PC via USB. Connect the USB dongle, as well and make sure both devices are connected to direct USB ports and not a hub/dock.
    2. Go to device settings for both devices and make sure firmware on both VIRTUOSO and its dongle is up-to-date (per versions above/last image below)
    3. With firmware for both devices up-to-date, there are two methods to re-pair the two:

    • Select VIRTUOSO's dongle>Connections>Press "Initiate" next to USB Wireless Receiver pairing (see first image below)

    • Select VIRTUOSO headset>Device Settings>Press "Pair" next to Wireless Receiver Pairing (see second image below)

This is my replacement (new) Corsair Virtuoso SE headset as of today. Curious why the firmware is so off, yet up to date.

  3. Never fails - if I put my computer to sleep, iCue hangs on resume. It will never respond again until I go into task manager and kill it. Start it again. How is this a thing?

If you want to rely so heavily on this software for updates, settings and the like, you all really need to make sure it works. I am regretting purchasing the Corsair Virtuoso headset now.

  4. after I updated my firmware version of my headset it automatically disconnects then starts blinking red and in the ICUE software it does not show my headset only the dongle, I tried everything and search for everything but there is no solution I just bought this headset a month ago and came to this problem :( I really need everybody's help thank you.

Same problem here. Started this past weekend when I did an update. Not happy.

  5. I used to like this headset. Until this started happening. No way to make it stop. Restarting, forcing firmware updates, reloading, nothing. Only way it works is via cable. Headset and Dongle both flashing red. Cannot pair.

So what's going on and it also seems I am not the only person this is happening too. Is this faulty software, hardware and why is Corsair not resolving/responding to the issue? :(:
