Hi Bro. I am from Taiwan , i get the same issue as your case
and I need to re-connect my power cable when i need power on my PC
even Corsair gave to me the new one , i could not solve this problem. i tried used this way by over 1years
Gigabyte Crop. gave to me a message is about a hardware bug between MB and AX1600I ,bcs ax1600i seems normal are my other MB , XTREME MB also normal on my other PSU
