[HS70 BT headset - cant find how to update firmware]

ok after going back and forth for a few days with support I've now found out that this version of the headset doesn't have firmware updates like the hs70 wired. They should have

states that. The documentation for this headset is terrible. only a quick guide exists.

 

so still have the issue of the mic boom not working in android on my pixel 5 phones.Does yours work at all? trying to find out it it's a general issue with phones or just my phone.

I haven't tried with Android, but mine disconnects from bluetooth when trying to use the mic on my Macbook.

I'm having this exact same issue. I have a HS70 Bluetooth and also only see the "Enable Voice Prompts" option in the Settings panel. Any ideas?
