I can even play a tune with it if I ramp the RPM up and down.
Yup, this is exactly what mine sounds like. It's insane that Corsair let this pump pass product manager specs.

To show (or hear in my case) my Problem i've made a video! I already started a return cause i cant stand this noise xD
This video is exactly what I am experiencing. This video shows the "DEATH WHINE" perfectly.

To add to the offense, they've been marketing the Capellix as a "Low-noise RGB pump" AIO on social media. I've called them out on a couple of posts (as well as others) but they are silent about it.
It is beyond me why they would actively mislead potential buyers when pump noise is the one consistent complaint from Capellix owners.
Hahaha, I have done the same thing, I think it is so ridiculous that my new "low noise" pump is louder than my older corsair pump.

Just wondering. Do you guys also have the pump noise when it's set to balanced instead of quiet?
Yes, the noise is there no matter what setting you are in, the pitch is different but its still there.

I am a huge fan of Corsair products, everything is so well built. That is why this surprises me. I just bought the H100i capellix and the pump wine is driving me crazy. @corsair please help up out here...

I bought the H100i Elite and the pump is making the same crazy noise. I am so disappointed.

Sounds like you are saying not all elite capellix units make the crazy whiny sound?
That would mean that every single person here experiencing the "death whine" should RMA their unit and get one that is quiet. I would LOVE one of these that does not make this crazy sound that drives me nuts.
