RMA'ing the cooler meant shipping it to Corsair at my expense and now I need to RMA my mouse as well :(:
It's kind of heinous that Corsair charges you to ship their faulty hardware back to them. I don't know how they can justify it.
I did this only one time. For the subsequent RMA's I told Corsair I would not be paying return shipping, and they said they would provide a pre-paid label. Make sure you do this, too.

So last night I was scrolling down a website with the scroll wheel and suddenly it sort of lost traction, I guess? It feels like it got loose and now I am unable to scroll down at all. Lost every bit of traction it used to have.
This is after it recently started to double click, both in wired and wireless mode.
I bought the mouse in June...
Corsair's quality has really gone downhill. I've had issues with every product I've purchased from them (see my post history for more details).
Thankfully Amazon agreed to ship a replacement after I told them about my terrible experience with previous RMAs through Corsair. Hopefully this replacement will work long enough for the Logitech mouse I want to come back in stock.

Man, I've got 3 Corsair products and they all have had issues. For my next system/future purposes I can't say that I will purchase Corsair products. Hard to recommend them at this point...
I received a iCUE H100i RGB PRO XT as a replacement for an old Hydro Series H100i V2 where the pump started failing and was still under warranty. After installing the cooler and turning the PC on the fans would turn on at full blast, and when opening up the iCUE software the cooler was not on the list. Looking at the device manager Windows 10 is not picking up the cooler:
I tried plugging the USB cable to a different USB header on the motherboard and the issue persisted. I tried swapping the cable and the issue persisted. The only way I was able to get the cooler functioning is to connect the fans to the CPU and CPU_OPT headers, along with the pump on the AIO header on my motherboard. I've tried a ton of troubleshooting:
Reinstalled the Corsair utility engine / driver
Uninstalled/re-installed the device via Device Manager
Tried different USB headers on the motherboard
Tried different USB cables
Updated iCUE to the latest version

I purchased an Ironclaw mouse recently and when using it in wireless mode for a bit the mouse starts ignoring clicks and skipping around the screen. I've tried the dongle on 2 different PCs and the issue persists. I've also tried:
Restarting iCUE service
Updating firmware
Force close iCUE
Uninstalling and reinstalling iCUE (including the driver)
Updating iCUE to the latest version
Has anyone else had this issue?

I purchased a K70 low profile keyboard and have been having some issues with it on iCUE:
Very often the software stops registering the keyboard, and I am unable to make any settings changes. The profiles do not load up when I play a game, such as Diablo 3. Also, the LEDs stop cycling through the colors (they "freeze" in non-static lighting settings).
I've tried the following to fix it, but nothing works unless I unplug the USB cable and plug it back in:
Restarted iCUE service
Updated firmware
Force closed and re-opened iCUE
Uninstalled and reinstalled iCUE (including the driver)
Updated iCUE to the latest version
I should also mention that I was able to reproduce the issue with 2 different PCs. What can I do to resolve the issue?

My replacement just started double clicking, just like the last one did before the wheel broke.
So now it's just a matter of time before the wheel breaks.
Don't think I can go through the RMA process again.
