So.. are these capable of running at 1.45v -1.5v safely?

The version is 3.31. I’m only running 2 sticks (2x16).

Hey guys, need some info/help. I’m currently running my Dominator 4000 cl19 2x16 ram @4000 on a Msi Godlike z390 with a I9 9900k. I’m a little confused as far as what’s the safe daily max voltage is and has anyone been able to oc past xmp specs? What die are these? Am I better off with returning these and getting 4x8 instead of the 2x16? Thanks in advance
