[Corsair didn't bothered to explain me how to use their product]

ok so i bought the RGB hub and it basically doesn't come with the cable supposed to be pluged into the usb header of the motherboard making it impossibl to use it. The only cable i have is the sata to power the hub, so i'm asking Corsair how i'm supposed to use this hub if you don't provide the cable needed ?

Sorry for the title i didn't know what to say exactly but the thing is i bought the Corsair rgb fan hub but i got a bad surprise the hub didn't came with the cable that was supposed to link the hub to the usb header of the motherboard but just the sata one.

 

1st i don't understand the point of selling a hub with no possibility to instal it to the computer and not telling the customer he needs a cable to make it work.

 

2nd i can't find that cable anywhere, it looks like a 3 pin connector and Corsair doesn't sell this cable s i'm stuck with a hub which doesn't work until i can find this cable. I waited 3 weeks to get this hub and i'll have to wait 1 more if i manage to find that cable

 

Does someone knows wher i can find it ?

[H100i is buzzing while gaming]

Hi, since i changed my gpu meaning 2h ago while gaming my AIO is making a small buzzing noise that was not there before. My pump goes to 2400 rpm on desktop to 2900 rpm in game which i understand since the cpu does heat more but still i can't figure why it does that now and why it didn't before.

 

I can't change my pump's rpm setting in Icue but only with the mods (quiet, extreme) i can't decide which rpm i want even locking it at a certain speed. Whenever i try to setup a custum rpm i can't select the pump but only the fans

Hi, i have 2 spare SP fans that i would like to mount on the top of my case, i have a commander pro and the node core rgb hub that come with my 220t rgb case. I've heard i can not plug my SPs on the same rgb hub as my MLs, how should i do, does the CP act like a rgb hub too or i need a second node core to plug the SPs separately ?

Bonjour, j'ai récemment installé le Commander Pro en y branchant mon H100I et 4 ML pro. J'aimerais pouvoir mettre les ventilateurs a zéro tours minutes en utilisation bureau/ internet et en plus adapté in game.

 

J'ai du manuellement créer un profil pour que les ventilateurs tournent à 1000 t/m cependant j'ai peur de le laisser ainsi et de faire surchauffer le cpu en laissant comme ça.

 

Comment faire pour la vitesse s'adapte à l'utilisation en utilisant mes vitesses personnelles ?

I'm not talking about connecting the two Nodes i was talking about connecting the Node into the CP because mine doesn't have the connectors. And btw i don't know what kind of Node i have, i have the one that come witht he 220T case which control the rgb lightning an it has only a usb header and a sata power cable.

 

What i wish i could do is to be able to use rbg on both SPs and MLs and i have been told they had to be on a different channel since they are a different type of fans and i was thinking of using the rgb led strip input on the CP to use it as second channel so wouldn't have to buy an other Node

Hi, i have 4 ml pro fans and 2 sp, to my knowledge i can't use both fan models on the node core rgb hub but can i use the led slots on the cp as second channel so i can use my two different rgb fans type at the same time ?

 

Also i didn't instaled the cp yet but how do i connect the built in 220t node pro on the cp since it doesn't have the cable that should be connected on the cp ?

But i can only plug 3 fans (and i have 4) at the mb so that's was i was thinking about buying the CP. I didn't want to use the Ml they wouldn't fit on my actual hub and don't work between each other on iCue. I can either buy 2 more ML and the CP or buying a second rgb hub (for the ml) but i still need 4 fan connectors.. I'm a bit confused, what should i do because as i imagine the fans speed on the H100i need to match the cpu temperature so, what would you do ?

I forgot to mention that i'm not using the 4 pins (ML) fans that come with the cooler but my own SP which are 3 pins that might be the reason they run at full speed and that's why i should plug them directly to the mb ?

When i click on zero rpm and then select the fans (it turns yellow) it doesn't change anything, i can still see they run at 1400, not 0 and it does apply to other mods, the rpms don't change

When i go to performance tab and select the different mods available wether it's extrem or quiet or 0 rpm it doesn't change anything, they don't respond. My case is a 220t so there is a built-in rgb fan hub and yes two of my fans are connected to the MB. What the Commander Pro will add ?

Hi, i instaled my h100i and noticed that even having the same number of fans in my case they sounded louder than before, i tried throught icue to change the speed and it didn't change anything.

 

The 2 fans attached to the radiator are connected directly to the pump but still in icue it won't change the speed. In total i have 6 fans, do i need the commander pro to manage their speed ?

What do you mean by separate channels, do i have to plug them on a separate led control panel (forgot the name) ? I mean i want them to be the same color. Btw i haven't instaled it yet so i can't really comment on whats going on atm i just wan't to be sure if i can or if i have to wait and buy a other pair of SP so i don't have to instal/ reinstal just to change the fans afterward, i don't know if it does make sense..

Hi, i bought the h115i platinium for the 220t rgb tempered galss but it doesn't fit into the case while the prodcut page says it can, i have to return it i believe now. So which one will fit into this case ?
