[Obsidian 500D SE RGB Fans are spinnning but not glowing]

Hahahahaha it was the data cable, had a bad outlet or something switch Ed the cable it was connected to now they work!! Thank you so much!

Hello, Kinda new to this

Basically the problem im having is with my new Obsidian 500D SE the front cooling RGB fans aren't glowing and I don't know why. iCue is updated so im guessing its something else. Thought id come to this forum because it has something to do with the cooling part of the system. Any help would be appreciated.
