    Low Volume on Corsair Void Pro Stereo

    Good Afternoon,

     

    I just bought a Corsair Void Pro Stereo from Walmart yesterday and it doesnt come with the USB dongle also whenever i hook it into my playstation 4 pro controller for sound its very low. Anyway to get a louder volume? I have used the side dial to max the sound and on the computer as well.
