The K68 RGB uses specially designed keycaps compatible with the underlying protective membrane, so standard full-size keycaps including the PBT ones are not compatible.

1) Reduced re-connection time when the keyboard is woken from sleep

2) Separation of low power mode (w/ backlight timeout) and sleep mode with adjustable settings

mine wouldnt turn on it at all, but i never was told to try this

 

If you haven't already sent it in for RMA, try doing it with the USB power plugged in as well.

Try holding the ESC key, turning the keyboard power on, then releasing the key after 1 second. Afterward try to charge as normal.

Please try to reset the keyboard to factory settings:

 

Hold the ESC key while turning the keyboard on, then release the ESC key after two seconds. The keyboard will then power on normally.

Thanks for the feedback and passion for the K63 Wireless family of products. The K63 Wireless Combo was designed for living room PC gaming and we haven't developed any HID products for console compatibility (short of taking advantage of open standards like the 3.5mm plug on HS50).
