[GPU Block Supposed to Make Noise?]

I had this problem and I want to tell you why.

The problem is caused by the Hydro X gpu block.

Slightly loosen the screws on the backplate of the gpu block. You will see that the coil whine sound is reduced. I think this is a chronic problem. There is a design error.
