Do you have the exact model of motherboard? Also the manual for your motherboard should have all the info where the front audio cable and everything else should go.

You need to connect the Lighting Node Pro to both SATA and USB for it to be recognized by iCUE.

Did you try to close HWInfo and run iCUE without it? Same temps?

Hi there, were you able to remove the cover without leak hte liquid or open anything?
My H100 Pro XT LED usb in the AIO cover sunk in while i was connecting the cable to it, i trully believe its just fix the small controller board that may have moved out of place.
This is still in warranty, buy the retailer wants me to mail the entire block and ill have to wait 4-6 weeks without a cooling unit, for a problem that might be real simple to solve.
Can you or anyone here give me a hand?
I would recommend you to contact our support, they might be able to help you out faster than the retailer.

I'm having the same issue (H100i RGB). After failed FW upgrade through the iCue app, I tried the solution to upload .hex file through bootloader exe, in safe mode, but got the exact same error. Please help.

Hello,
The tint will be similar to 4000-series and 5000-series. If you use lighting strips that will light up the inside but Im not sure how well your graphics card will be showed off.
We do not sell any other glass than the one for the black case and the one for the white.

Can you try and do a force firmware update on the cooler?

The fans that comes with the SPEC-Delta RGB was made to be controlled by the RGB-port on motherboards. They does not work with any of our Controllers.
If you buy a 3-pack of QL fans you will get everything needed to control the RGB of those fans.

Does the Commander Core get recognized in iCUE? Doublecheck that everything is installed correctly, if the Commander Core still isnt recognized in iCUE I would recommend you to contact out support:

As long as the radiators are 30mm they will fit. :)

The Commander Core can only control the speed of 4-pin PWM fans, you can still install 3-pin fans but those will run at full speed.
