    iCue 3.15.101 Causes Major Stutter in Division 2

    I'm using a Logitech G903 and I do have Logitech G HUB installed and running but I've already tested this with G HUB enabled/disabled with iCue enabled but that didn't stop the stutters.

     

     

    No other game suffers from this issue, and I have turned off the SDK to try and see if that would help, it didn't :( Also I've got a Ryzen 2700X with 8 cores and 16 threads, I doubt iCue alone could bog it down that much. I mean I can even game whilst transcoding videos to x265 and FPS drop is noticeable but not too severe.

     

     

    My GSYNC is already on Fullscreen only and I play in exclusive fullscreen mode everytime (unless the game doesn't support it)

     

    I have the same issues as you. It's especially bad with division 2. Even worse infact. Other games are not affected. Turning mouse polling rate down to 250Mhz solves it. Or quitting icue solves it.

    When icue is running the rate is 300-600hz.

    Quitting icue it goes directly 1000hz.

     

    I'm running Windows 10, latest icue (has been happening in the last 3 revisions of icue), 2950x/MSI MEG CREATION/32GB/970 Evo Mouse is M65. Have tried to different M65. Both have the same issue.

    Just want to say I have the exact same problem as you. Stopping the service doesn't help though. Did you take any other steps before stopping the service?

     

    I'm on a X399/2950x system with 2080ti. All the latest drivers and latest release of Windows 10.

     

    Only fix is shutting down icue or changing mouse refresh to 250Mhz.

     

    I have tried two different mice (M65) and both have the same problem. Extreme stuttering in game when running 500/1000hz while keeping icue running in the background.

     

    Guys, I found a solution for min that can be useful for everyone here or some. I had a problem with the Corsair mouse lagging on Windows and games. I tested it here and it worked.

    I am having the same problem as well. I want to order the following piece; 8x 120 mm Fan Tray to make a quad 480mm rad build and have the case most likely forever for future builds.

    It is unreasonable that only can be ordered in the US store to be delivered to the US, while the rest of the world get treated as "second class", after buying a 449 £ (500€) case, and we can't have a 9.99$ tray, as you can see in the following link.

    I would pay for the international delivery and I wouldn't care, but apparently is impossible, the demand should be of 17 million Corsair Obsidian 1000D sold in the US for them to not to offer the part in other parts of the world.

    Yeah.. experienced the same. Don't expect the stores to provide accessories to this case either. Not that any of them seem to have the case in stock where I live anyway.
