steveh441352
I've not seen or heard anything from Corsair regarding the Intel overheating issue. This machine comes with an Asus Z790-P Wifi MB currently with bios 9011, however on the Asus website, there is a bios update labeled 1656, that resets baseline on the Intel Core i9-14900K CPU. Question - should I update? Odd to go to a bios with such as low number from 9011 to 1656. Just trying to avoid baking the CPU. Currently, not overclocking as it's plenty fast enough for now. Thanks in advance
Luckacther
I recently posted about this in the Pre-Built forums. I don't want to double post on the forums so I'll just bump yours. Hopefully Corsair updates their Bios soon as we cannot use ASUS's Bios update on Corsair's prebuilt OEM motherboards.
