oPhrog
Hello, As I said in the title I bought a Corsair Sabre RGB PRO mouse, and i cannot seem to get it working My problem: Mouse is not lightning up when connected, and doesn't function, appears as Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) on Device Manager with the message: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) A request for the USB device descriptor failed. Steps I have taken so far: Updated all my USB Hub Drivers - No result Restarted the computer countless times - No Result Reseated the mouse in multiple USB slots on the motherboard / usb hub/ fron IO - No Result "Restarted" the mouse using the booklet in the packaging (held down rmb and lmb while plugging it in) - led's flashed red a few times, and did not fix anything Attempted to change the firmware on the mouse using a previous guide, but was not able to access the firmware files Changed my Computer's Power Settings, to disable the USB selective suspend setting - no result Fully uninstalled the Corsair iCue app - no result I have not yet had the chance to test the mouse on a separate computer, but once I am able to, I will post an update. I was able to try on two other computers: Both mine, and my Girlfriend's computers had the same exact issues, both of those laptops have never had corsair icue downloaded
