Corsair couldn't replace the part, and suggested a an RMA on the machine, but they were very poor at communicating ( I needed to pay the full amount, and would get it back, they didn't know what the replacement would be, they didn't know from where it would be shipped (depending on that I could end up with 1000 euro in taxes for replacing a part which I assume costs 100-150 euro).
