No hardware effects and key assignments for K57 RGB Wireless Keyboard in ICUE 4?

Hi, my problem is that none of the settings I create for the keyboard in ICUE 4 will save after I unplug it from my laptop. This is because I only have the option to add "Lighting Effects" and "Key Assignments", but no option to modify the keyboard's hardware. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
