jvilchez Posted April 28, 2020 Share Posted April 28, 2020 Good Morning, I have been desperate for 3 days since I found that I started the PC and saw that the keyboard did not turn on at all and it was loading a USB drive called "CRP DISABLD" and with a file inside: "firmware.bin" . The case is that I have browsed the forums and saw that a ticket had to be opened on the Corsair platform, and so I did. The problem is that due to the current situation, I am telecommuting from home and I have been without a keyboard for 3 days! Please could someone try to streamline the process?
