odoc
hi all very good afternoon step over here to ask you a great help and knowledge, want to clarify that I apologize for my English is not very good but I will do my best to make myself understood. does a good time buy a H100i corsair and since I could not know because in the software icon LED does not appear to change color and know information, now I have already tried the method of REGEDIT file, but the folder is not, I've also tried updating the firmware but says not connected. I ask your help and knowledge that they can give me because in the post are all in English I have some difficulties to understand perfectly and as I have also searched the forums and can not find an effective solution thank you very much for the help you can give me greetings to all from Colombia settings MSI Z97A gaming board
red-ray
From what you have posted I deduced as follows: You seem to be running Corsair Link version 2 (CL2) on Windows 10 CL2 does not work and is not supported on Windows 10 I suspect you H100i has an old firmware version CL4 can't update the H100i firmware In your profile Operating System Windows X x64 it would be better if you included the build number so Windows 10 x64 Build <the build you have>. I suspect you have Build 10586. BTW it's better to use .PNG rather than .JPG for screen shots I expect what you need to do is: Uninstall CL2 Download CL 3.2.5742 and the latest CL4 via http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/support/downloads Install CL 3.2.5742 Does it detect the H100i? If not post Devices and Printers + Device Manager screen shots If you get endless reboot needed popups see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=822047 If needed update the H100i firmware to Version 1.1.3 Uninstall CL3 Install CL4 Good luck. red-ray
H100 5.png is the correct file, but there needs to be an Integrated USB Bridge which is the what the H100i is reported as. Basically Windows is not detecting the H100i so check the USB cable. If you have a different mini USB to USB A cable try connecting the H100i to one of the read motherboard ports. Before CL will report the H100i it needs to show up on Devices and Printers
odoc
ok I am going to change and to place it on the motherboard, but since I've never seen this H100i led in the CL or the pump either, and change the USB cable and you take a photo and the attached

red-ray
There is still no Integrated USB Bridge listed, so Windows is still failing to detect the H100i. Has Windows ever detected the H100i? What does my SIV utility show on the [uSB Bus] panel? When the H100i is working it should be reported as below, though the port will probably be other than [Port 0.1.4]. Also post [Link Devices] as this will tell me if Windows ever detected the H100i. The SIV [uSB Bus], [Link Devices] and [Link Status] panels allow the root cause of many hardware issues to be determined and resolved. If you need help with a CL hardware issue I recommend posting these screen shots. Note [Link Status] is only available when Windows detects a CL device. red-ray
I've never seen connected to think much to have some damage I too suspect there must be a hardware issue with the H100i. Request an RMA via https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp and see what they say. Remember to upload your receipt/invoice.
