nafeasonto
The USb driver is failing to install, getting unknown device in system and corsair link won't run. Is there a driver and a updated program in the works for this? I really need to increase the pump speed, as the fans are spinning way too fast and they are quite loud and getting 70 degrees Celsius on load on the H110i gt. Othyn
I'm in the same boat, the device is not recognised - although acknowledged via device manager. Apart from my symptoms appear to be an ear-piercing high pitched squeal from the fan controller within the pump... not great... :sigh!:
red-ray
Posting the Device Manager device properties screen shot may help others figure out what the issue is as would doing as I said in http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=784898. Othyn
So, just booted my machine this morning, working fine now. I'm afraid I do not know what fixed it, though, so I can't really report back.

luizfelipe33
After a lot of research, I did it! The solution is simple, uninstall Corsair Link and install version v4.7.0.77, exchange the usb for another internal or external (Mini USB (V3) for USB) and you're done. The drive will be installed. https://downloads.corsair.com/Files/Corsair-Link/Corsair-LINK-Installer-v4.7.0.77.zip
