Lighting Node Pro installation

Hi. This is my first post on this forum. Just got the Lighting Node Pro and have a doubt on the installation. I have an MSI 450 Pro Carbon Ac Motherboard which have the Jcorsair Headers on it. How would be the best way to install the Lighting Node Pro
1) Directly to the Jcorsair Headers on the MB. In this case how to do it?
2) Through the controlled provided with the Lighting Node Pro.

Am a beginner and a noob so seeking help.
