supergimpoman Posted August 5, 2020 Share Posted August 5, 2020 Hi! I'm having issues with my Corsair Void Pro RGB Wireless Gaming Headset. I ordered it less than a year ago from Amazon and have enjoyed them for a majority of that time. I've had one other issue with them but that was resolved. The current problem is that they are no longer charging or being detected by the computer at all. They're plugged in as they normally are and there's no light indicating that they're plugged in. I bring iCUE up and all that it's telling me is that they aren't connected. I've tried adjusting the USB and plug but didn't have any success with that either. I'm nearly at my last nerve with these headphones. I have a year long warranty with them.. I'm wondering how I can go about getting them replaced. Any advice?
