Zeond
I installed a new H115i RGB Platinum and I had some issues which I resolved. But now I'm getting random USB disconnect sounds and I read that 3.15 iCUE fixes it but I'm on 3.18 and it's still happening. I have the latest firmware for the H115i and latest iCUE software, I just don't know what to do? I read that there were some issues with Steam but I don't want to exit Steam or iCUE if it can be helped. Could somebody please help me? Thank you. Edit (SOLVED): My PS4 controller didn't have a good connection to the wire it was plugged in to so it kept disconnecting and reconnecting. I changed cords and haven't had problems since. Thank you anyway. Edited August 17, 2019 by Zeond
Aast
I too am having the same issue only this time with a H150i PRO. This is on a brand new build and other than the chipset and Motherboard drivers, no other software is installed
turner850
I am also having USB disconnect problems with any settings, brand new out of the box latest firmware. SAINTJ
My H115i PRO shows up as Unspecified in Device Manager and thinks it's an H115i Platinum. Also it shows a "safely eject hardware" option down in the task bar. I'm able to get it to recognize it as an H115i Pro by downloading iCue but then I get a USB connecting sound every time I restart my PC. This is infuriating.
