I want to buy some additional RAM for my computer, but I don't know much about it. I have a dell dimension 8100 from about 3 yrs ago. It has a 1.3ghz P4 processer and currently has 2 64mb ram chips and 2 128 mb ram chips. I'd like to buy 2, 256mb ram chips and put those in along w/ the 2 128's that are already in there. I looked up my system on the dell website and it didn't give me alot of info about the motherboard. It said it was a Planar (?) motherboard w/ 4 RIMM sockets. I was wondering if anyone would know what ram is compatible with this setup, or what additional information I should seek out to find out. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
