I can see that my ticket isn't attached to my account at the URL https://www.corsair.com/us/en/my-account/support-tickets Is there a way for me to attach this ticket to my account? G3n0c1de Posted November 12, 2020 Author Share Posted November 12, 2020 Nevermind, I was able to log in to the support website and find the ticket there. What my issue really was is that I couldn't log in to the support website on my desktop. It was giving a 404 error. I tried on my phone and it worked.
