dvargas531 Posted September 7, 2019 Share Posted September 7, 2019 (edited) Hello All, I'm having some issues with iCue detecting the Harpoon mouse I purchased. Initially, it wasn't detecting the mouse at all. I then uninstalled the "Corsair Composite Virtual Input Device" in Device Manager -> Human Interface Device. iCue was then able to detect the mouse just fine when connected to the USB charger. After I disconnect the mouse from the usb cord, it no longer detects the mouse in iCue. The mouse works fine but the two side buttons are no longer mapped/working. I've updated the drivers in iCue and on the mouse, but nothing seems to work. Anyone have a similar issue and knows how to resolve it?
