Lighting Node Core plugged into Commander Pro not recognized

Hello,

I just build a new PC and bought 2x QL120 triple pack + Commander Pro.

I connected all my 6 fans RGB cables to the Lighting Node Core, and the LNC is connected (via its USB interface) to the Commander Pro.

The problem is that iCUE only dectect the Commander Pro (the PWM's work great) and not the LNC so I can't control my fans lighting.

Is that a known issue ?

If that can help, i also have a K70 RGB and a H100i RGB Platinum SE and iCUE has no problem detecting it.

Thank you in advance

Just for giggles, have you tried moving the LNC USB connector to a spare mobo USB port? Or the other CoPro USB Port? Assuming you have spares of course. Maybe even temporarily unplug something else so you can test. That might help narrow down the problem to a faulty cable, or LNC or port.

I already tried both of the CoPro USB port and none of them works.

I just did what you suggested : I plugged the LNC directly into my motherboard and it got detected in ICUE instantly.

Is the LNC not compatible with the CoPro, or is the latter defective ?

UPDATE : Seems related to my motherboard (ASUS Prime X570-Pro). Many users are reporting the same issues in this thread : https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=189994
