Default Mapping a keystroke to Shift+Num5

Hi folks.

Is there a way you can map a key to shift+numpad5 in icue?

As this modifier has no button assigned to it by default, I would like it to have one. This is so I can use shift+all numpad keys on my Razer Naga mouse.

So for example can I assign '#' to be the key to function when I hold shift and hit numpad 5?
