Icue Software installation errors

Before, my Icue was working perfectly fine then one day it stopped working so i

Re-downloaded (repaired) the software but it did not fix it. So i deleted the software then tried to download it again. It says "The system cannot open the device or file specified." Please someone help I have had this problem for over a month now. I have tried doing different files but it doesn't work. If anyone has a solution please let me know.
